How do you deal with let down month after month?
My husband and I have been TTC for 3 months, and each month- it's such a disappointment when Aunt Flo comes around.. How do you deal with your monthly disaapointment when you are TTC? I know it can take time and it's only been 3 months for me- but it can be upsetting when I do get my period. Any reccomendations?
