Who is the best running back out of these three?

I'm trying to rank Jerome Bettis, Curtis Martin, and Marshall Faulk because I know Bettis and Martin are eligible for the HOF in the same year and I think Faulk is too. My question is who is the best running back out of those three and do you think they deserve to be in the HOF? If you have stats for these players that would be helpful.
