How many percent of my fibre intake do i get in this?

dear friend, you're taking enough as an adult person. but, as these fibers are not taking up to cells and mostly (usually the green vegs) are excreted from body, then more is better, but as this may cause dehydration, (because body will loose water to excrete the material which can not digest and absorb within guts) so you should be careful to drink enough liquids and water during day especially before meals.
