Will these Computer parts work together?

Just make sure that you have the right version of BIOS to support that hexcore CPU. Check with the ASUS site and make sure you do not need to flash that motherboard BIOS to support the hexcore. If ASUS says that it natively supports next generation 6 core processors then you won't have to flash the BIOS in order to get hexcore support. Everything looks good to me except for that memory! NEVER EVER go cheap on memory - and make sure it is heatsinked memory.
