Hyundai Accent wipers and radio issues?

I have an 01 Hyundai Accent Hatchback that has problems with both the wipers (front and rear) and the radio. The front wipers will not turn on at all. When you turn it on the most you get is about 2 inches of movement. The rear wipers will turn on but then will not turn off. The radio works but will switch modes from FM to CD and likewise. Are these easy fixes?
