Have Promiscuous Women Flooded the market for "you know what"?

The old adage is "why buy the cow if you can get the milk for free." Well, it doesn't seem like very many people are bother to buy these days, at best most just take out a lease with an option to buy plan. Even more just find a bar or club where free is being given away.. Those who do buy often just trade the cow in for a newer one at the first hint that the milk might be going sour. What do women think of this, it seems to be a pretty good situation for us wannabe dairy farmers.
