Im a pro wrestler in training and i wanna use a gimmick of another indy wrestler in the states ....?

will i get heat for using his gimmick but changing the name? im handicapped i have cerebral palsy in my left arm. and i wanna do a "handicap hero" gimmick if i use my name and change it to something like the " handicap" will i still get heat?
