Is there a way to find out who's who on Facebook to file a suit for slander?

Facebook is becoming more and more like Fakebook!!! People make fake pages and then persist to har other with lies, rumors and spam others. The help page says if you feel hared, call 911, but how you report if you don't know who person is. Sure they have a name, but they also have like 25 pages? I thought Mark had a good thing, but when it comes to bullying, cyyberstalking and spamming...he offer no advice. Any ideas on what to do?
