Where can i get a big nucleus to put in a Pearl Oyster?

i am in a study case of making it possible to grow a big pearl from oysters. If nacres are limited, can we not make an engineered nacre to process at least 25mm of pearl? can we vacuum the secretion of nacre from the reproductive gland of a bunch of oysters and process it to a bigger size...
