Whose side is US Senator Mitch McConnell on; the oil industries or the populous of his country?

McConnell has been on the oil company's payroll ever since he was elected to office. He even uses petroleum jelly on his you know what when he is "talking" the voters. Note, any taxes they would have to pay would not affect the price of gas one bit. z
