Anyone know why McDonald's don't have a "plain & simple" contact us number or internet access?For bad service?

Drive-thru service is horrible in my town, orders are seldom right, you aren't charged right, takes forever... receipt isn't legible, calling the # on the receipt, (if you can read it), gets you the run-around, as does going online. I even tried calling this particular restraunt that always gives me problems, to no satisfacation.
