Anyone with a child with a heart murmur?

Ari's pediatrician said he noticed a "slight murmur" at her 18 month check up, but he explained that it was "the non threatening kind". He went on to describe the different sounds a heart with a murmur can make and how you tell the difference between the "bad" kind and the "ok" kind. Altogether he was nonplussed and didn't discuss any treatment with me and Ari doesn't have any symptoms that I know of.
