Conflicts in syria involving Russia and NKorea?

I have heard that both russia and Nkorea are moving nukes or building nuclear plants in syria says isreal...Does this mean we will get in conflict/war/world war 3 with these 2 superpower countries??? Will this put us into war if russia and nkorea attack or invade isreal??? i am just wondering these are all questions based upon my knowledge...if i am totally wrong just please say it nicley, i am just curious PS i am asking this because i plan on joining the navy....thanks also when will the next ww3 be and who will it include
