Instead of watvhing read a book or play a game on the computer. Im a virgin too in college Im a Junior.And I have warched too, you get curious ecspecially for virgins.Well I think that you have to have that self control and say NO Im going to read this book and educate myself more than watch . It is hard but you just have to train your mind. I think that once a week is a bit much,I say once a month.Im waiting til a married to have . But I get curious sometime. Im not addicted to it at all.cause i try to keep busy or take a cold shower and jog in place.I masturbate so that gets my mind off too
