How can i get the financial help needed for college without a co-signer?

my family and everyone says they support me. no one wants to cosign for loans financial aid etc.. for college. i was accepted and everything. i dont have a job but i will very soon and for all the loans they say i dont have to start paying until 6months-1yr after i graduate so that makes it 2 and a half to 3 years from now..i will have a steady job by then.. why cant i get the financial help needed? WHAT CAN I DO? please help me this is sooooo discouraging.
